Facility Management Internship

The right candidate (a 3th year student) will need to produce a housekeeping standard book from start to finish for our properties.

• Do an inventory of all stuffs inside the units on excel , as per our standard
• Set up arrival standard in the unit as per our procedure and take pictures for the standard book
• Work in collaboration with the Resort/Complexes Supervisor
• Prepare the text of the pictures taken for the standard book
• To assist the management of the company in identifying key processes;
• To understand and assist property managers and departments head in the day to day operation;
• To liaise with the Administrative Manager for the implementation, and review of processes for QMS Certification;
• To present the scope of work, milestone and deadline to the Management.
