Below the guidelines that will cover the internship:
- Our production process is focused on client branding in several means of communication to
which the intern will contribute. Writing up of our various production process in regards to our product list will be part of the internship.
- The company takes responsibility for executing the branding and communication for her
clients. Classifying and filing up according to pre-defined standards for production purposes is part of the internship.
- A clear view on clients requirements will upgrade business relationships and will deliver high
quality communication products. Therefore a client communication checklist is to be developed where needed and finalized where possible.
- To deliver tailor-made and high quality communication services as required, our clients need
to be classified based on branding-details and organizational guidelines. The intern needs to develop a reliable and efficient structure.
- To be able to upgrade the team capabilities in the field of communication (internal/external), the intern will take part in developing a clear communication template for daily planning.
The intern will present the finalization of which to all stakeholders.
- The company is organized in a matrix of several disciplines among which Pre-press and Digital. The intern will contribute in setting up a bridge team in order to upgrade internal communication among the visions. Consulting and gathering input of all stakeholders will be the reference point.
- The intern will develop and work out Presentation tools (Power Point) in order to present the companies various services to future clients and prospects worldwide.

Equipé du logiciel de l’industrie de pointe pour fournir des actifs de communication de marque de haute qualité dans le monde entier. En plus d’un véritable A-Team de plus de 120 employés, l’entreprise est reconnue comme une plate-forme bilingue – français / anglais, la maîtrise des technologies à la pointe de l’art et de la qualité délivrant solutions: numérique, prépresse, Computer Generated Images, assurance de la qualité, le développement de logiciels.
Ci-dessous les lignes directrices qui couvriront le stage:
- Notre processus de production est axée sur l’image de marque du client dans plusieurs moyens de communication à laquelle le stagiaire contribuera. Rédaction de nos différents processus de production en ce qui concerne notre liste de produits fera partie du stage.
- La société prend la responsabilité de l’exécution de la stratégie de marque et de la communication pour les clients. Classifier selon les normes pré-définies à des fins de production fait partie du stage.
- Une vision claire sur les exigences des clients permettra d’améliorer les relations d’affaires et offrir des produits de communication de haute qualité. Par conséquent, une liste de contrôle de communication par client doit être mis au point en cas de besoin et finalisé si possible.
- Pour offrir des services sur mesure et de communication de haute qualité selon les besoins, nos clients ont besoin à classer sur la base de l’image de marque-détails et lignes directrices organisationnelles. Le stagiaire a besoin de développer une structure fiable et efficace.
- Pour être en mesure de mettre à niveau les capacités de l’équipe dans le domaine de la communication (interne / externe), le stagiaire prendra part à l’élaboration d’un modèle de communication claire pour la planification quotidienne. Le stagiaire présentera la finalisation à toutes les parties prenantes.
- La société est organisée dans une matrice de plusieurs disciplines parmi lesquelles pré-presse et numérique. Le stagiaire contribuera à la mise en place d’une équipe à la passerelle afin d’améliorer la communication interne entre les visions. Consultation et participation de tous les intervenants csera le point de référence.
- Le stagiaire développera et travailler sur des outils de présentation (Power Point) afin de présenter divers services aux clients et prospectives d’avenir, dans le monde entier.

Unter den Richtlinien, die das Praktikum abdecken:
- Unser Produktionsprozess ist in mehrere Kommunikationsmittel auf den Client-Branding fokussiert die der Praktikant beitragen wird. Das Schreiben aus unseren verschiedenen Produktionsprozess in Bezug auf unsere Produktliste wird ein Teil des Praktikums sein.
- Das Unternehmen übernimmt die Verantwortung für die Ausführung des Branding und Kommunikation für ihre Kunden. Klassifizieren und Einreichung bis nach vorher definierten Standards für die Produktion ist Teil des Praktikums.
- Eine klare Sicht auf den Kunden wird abgestimmt um Geschäftsbeziehungen zu verbessern und hohe Qualität Kommunikationsprodukte zu liefern. Daher ist eine Client-Kommunikation Checkliste entwickelt werden, die wo nötig und wo möglich abgeschlossen werden muss.
- Um Dienstleistungen maßgeschneiderte und qualitativ hochwertige Kommunikation zu liefern je nach Bedarf, brauchen unsere Kunden klassifiziert zu werden basierend auf Branding-Details und Organisationsrichtlinien. Der Praktikant muss eine zuverlässige und effiziente Struktur entwickeln.
- Um die Teamfähigkeit im Bereich der Kommunikation (intern / extern) zu aktualisieren, wird der Praktikant Teil nehmen eine klare Kommunikation Vorlage für die tägliche Planung zu entwicklen. Der Praktikant wird die Fertigstellung von denen für alle Beteiligten darstellen.
- Das Unternehmen ist in einer Matrix aus mehreren Disziplinen organisiert, unter denen Pre-Press und Digital. Der Praktikant wird bei der Einrichtung eines Brückenteam beitragen, um die interne Kommunikation zwischen den Visionen zu aktualisieren. Beratung und das Sammeln von Leistungen aller Beteiligten wird der Bezugspunkt sein.
- Der Praktikant wird Präsentations-Tools (Power Point) entwickeln und erarbeiten, um weltweit die verschiedene Dienstleistungen für zukünftige Kunden und Interessenten zu präsentieren.

Uitgerust met cutting-edge software voor hoge kwaliteit merkcommunicatie over de hele wereld. In aanvulling op een echt A-team met meer dan 120 medewerkers, is het bedrijf erkend al een tweetalige platform – Engels / Frans, het beheersen van state-of-art technologieën en het leveren van kwaliteit oplossingen in: Digital, Prepress, Computer Generated Images, Quality Assurance, Software Development.
Hieronder de richtlijnen met betrekking tot de stage:
- Ons productieproces is gericht op client branding met behulp van verschillende communicatiemiddelen waaraan de stagiair zal bijdragen. Het schrijven van onze verschillende productie-processen met betrekking tot onze product lijst zal deel uitmaken van de stage.
- Het bedrijf neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het uitvoeren van de branding en communicatie voor haar klanten. Classificeren en filing volgens vooraf gedefinieerde normen voor productiedoeleinden is een onderdeel van de stage.
- Een duidelijke visie van de klanten eisen zullen de zakelijke relaties upgraden om zodoende communicatie producten van hoge kwaliteit te leveren. Derhalve dient een cliënt communicatie checklist ontwikkelt te worden en afgerond.
- Om communicatie services van hoge kwaliteit te leveren, dienen onze klanten te worden ingedeeld op basis van branding-gegevens en organisatorische richtlijnen. De intern moet een betrouwbare en efficiënte structuur ontwikkelen.
- Om de capaciteiten van het team op het gebied van communicatie te upgraden (intern / extern), zal de stagiair deelnemen aan de ontwikkeling van een duidelijk communicatie template voor de dagelijkse planning. De stagiair zal de het resultaat van dit template presenteren aan alle stakeholders
- Het bedrijf is georganiseerd in een matrix van meerdere disciplines waaronder Prepress en Digital. De stagiair zal bijdragen aan het opzetten van een brug team met het oog op het verbeteren van interne communicatie tussen de verschillende visies. Consulting en het verzamelen van input van alle belanghebbenden zullen het referentiepunt zijn
- De stagiair zal presentatiemanieren (Power Point) ontwikkelen en uitwerken om de verschillende diensten aan toekomstige klanten en prospects over de hele wereld te presenteren.
