IM AA 1315 – Chinese Mandarin Speaking Guest Relations Internship Mauritius

Department & Missions

You will be the main point of contact for all Chinese / Mandarin Speaking Guests in this hotel. All Chinese / Mandarin Speaking Guests will come to you with all their special requests. You need to ensure that these guests have a first class hotel experience thanks to the support from you and the rest of the Hotel Team.

  1. To assist all guests at the Guest Service Department, but to concentrate specifically on Asian-speaking group and individual guests with their special needs and requirements in their native languages so as to give them a full, first class hotel experience.
  2. Receives and handles special requests from Asian group and individual guests.
  3. Works in conjunction with and assists the Butler Service Team and the Concierge with handling special requests such as Honeymoon set-ups, Anniversary Packages, Birthday Packages, special dietary needs, medical needs, etc. for Asian guests. Follows up to ensure departments responsible have completed the requirements.
  4. Contacts Asian guests when necessary to offer assistance in making restaurant bookings, ordering special local/dietary food, arranging special activities & excursions.
  5. Coordinates announcements and the translation/printing of pertinent literature used, into the required languages relative to the Asian guests.
  6. Assists with related collateral for all Asian guests and ensures necessary items are properly translated and placed in the correct staterooms.
  7. Trains co-workers on the Chinese Culture.
    In order to consistently exceed guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

  1. 协助所有客人的客户服务部,而是在讲亚裔团体和个人客人的特殊需求,并在他们的母语的要求特别集中,以便给他们一个完整的,一流的酒店体验。

  4. 联系亚洲客人的需要的时候,提供在使餐厅预订,定购特殊的地方/膳食食品,安排特殊活动和游览援助。
  5. 协调公告和使用的相关文献翻译/印刷,成相对于亚洲客人所需的语言。
  6. 协助与所有亚洲客人相关担保,并保证必要的项目被正确翻译并放置在正确的客舱。对中国文化
  7. 火车的同事。为了不断超越客户的期望,提供的产品和服务的最高水平,因为需要额外的责任和义务可以转让。
