IM AA 1106 – Project Coordinator Project Leader Eco Museum Mauritius

You will have an active and participative role, like a project coordinator or junior project leader. You will be in charge of day to day on the various aspects of the project, especially coordinating the Dutch team and the local professional team (architect, engineers, Quantity Surveyor, …).

The internship will involve help manage a project for setting up an eco-museum
The work would entail the following skills :

1. Coordination skills
2. Record keeping/minutes taking in English
3. Dutch language a definite advantage
4. Liaising with the project’s professional team – Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Engineers, land Surveyors
5. Arranging for site visits
6. Able to work long and odd hours
7. Motivation

Je zal een actieve en participatieve rol hebben als projectcoördinator of junior projectleider. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor de verschillende aspecten van het project en in het bijzonder de coördinatie van het Nederlandse team en het lokale team van professionals (architect, ingenieurs, surveyor, … ) .

De stage betreft een project voor het opzetten van een eco – museum

Voor dit project worden de volgende vaardigheden verwacht :

1. Coördinatie vaardigheden
2. Bijhouden / nemen van de notulen in het Engels
3. Nederlandse taal een duidelijk voordeel
4. Contacten onderhouden met het team van professionals van het project – Architect , Surveyor, Ingenieurs, landmeters
5. Organisatie van de site visits
6. In staat zijn om lange en oneven uren te werken
7. Motivatie
